Such wonderful choices! I don't have the John Bauer tarot, but that Strength card is so lovely. For my "traditional" Strength card I chose the Runic Tarot, but it almost lost its place to the Pagan Otherworlds. I am tempted by the Lovely Om Tarot for the Strength card alone. Beautiful choices. I often feel like I'm in battle with the lovers card. I have a broad view of the card and it's range of meanings beyond romance and love of other(s) -- and yet every time I read for other people this card always comes up in the context of marriage and relationships with a significant other.

Unusually for me, I was enticed into drawing cards for a 'Wheel of the Year', and August is The Chariot. Therefore this TdM Trump coming up now piqued my interest. The chat was a stir with ideas, and strong feelings about this rather ambiguous card. But I want to keep this off beat Chariot and its passenger, the self satisfied Charioteer in their place. Great choices. the Wildwood is my favourite i think. Ironically i pondered on getting the deck for a long time and saw it peeking at me from an antiques shop window in Glastonbury so I bought it. Even the charity shops in Glastonbury sold great used decks. I was eyeing up the Mary El in a charity shop but i was walking through the door an assistant was taking it out of the window display for someone to buy. Went for £80 i think 😁

Human beings are capable of creating magic and that you are absolutely amazingly capable of living with unimaginably magnificent experiences that are not based on scientific evidence or any kind of understanding. We all are very blessed by our existence as spiritual entities that are holy, sacred and powerful in our energy of love and generosity of heart and soul ❤Not perfect and not better than any other type of animal. I apologize for my strong response to the chariot card energies. I have no need for autocratic leaders in our world. It is so very difficult to find the actions of aggressive, arrogant and hard line people who have been in power over others in a place of leadership with a sword and a protective position of moving forward with aggressive actions and their possible consequences,🫣😪😭😫🤔🤍🕊🤍💜💫🌚🌈✨️ Peacefulness is a very important part of my own personal journey with utmost importance of choosing to live together harmoniously and peacefully in our world together with kindness and compassion for each other regardless of our differences between us ❤ Historically, we humans have been aggressive and not able to find the peace and ease of communication and harmony with respect for each other and the ability to live with a healthy and sane way. The 'Deck Specific Extra Books' is an interesting and informative topic. I also love it when the chat becomes more animated and amusing. I do have a few wonderfully, and surprisingly informative deck specific books but they mainly concern WS and its many clones. Plus some decks that have themes of their own. Right now I'm casting around for informative Tarot de Marseille books because it has become my passion (one might say obsession). I wish I read French but thankfully more TdM books are being translated. I am looking forward to more episodes in this series and more chats.

This triggers so many ideas, it's great to think of the Pages as being handed the raw Ace, and they don't quite know what to do with it yet

I'm going to second the Wildwood deep dive -- it's excellent!

I'm not a fan of leaning into the legal interpretation of Justice. It feels too limiting for such an expansive card. This video gave me a few other things to consider with respect to Justice. It was very interesting to see the Justice/Temperance pairs. The progression in the Avatara Tarot is quite striking and thought-provoking.

The Hermit seems to be one of the most favourite trumps for many of us here! And your instalment for this arcanum was wonderful and very insightful, dear Sadhana!
